The visit was honestly one of the best dentistry related visits I've ever had. All of the staff was super kind and helpful. The person who did my scan, Parker, went through everything with me, we talked over what was going to be fixed, to the process, and everything that's going to be sent to me. The visit was very thorough and all questions and concerns were discussed. The scan was quick and quite fascinating to see your teeth from that point of view. I left the visit feeling good about my experience and looking forward to getting started.

Met with Anna today at the smile shop and she was very helpful with everything by providing detailed information on the whole process from beginning to end. It was easy to believe in what this treatment does as she showed me an up close testimony of her end of treatment results. Great energy and everything just felt comfortable and chill. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!!!

The in-office experience at my nearby Smile Direct Location was seamless. It was quick, easy, and the representatives made it a pleasant experience. All of my questions and concerns were addressed and they made me feel very welcome and comfortable.

I was not greeted upon entrance. There was a waiting room full of people. Someone had their phone on speaker loud. Later, I found out it was a training for the dental office adjacent. Someone told me to sit in an empty chair and wait. 5 min. Later my consultant showed up. Very sweet, but felt scripted. I really hope this is legitimate, because after this experience, It felt very sketchy.

Great experience, excited to get started on my smile! The whole office is exceedingly nice and welcoming, with upmost professionalism. Melanie helped me with my smile today and she was very knowledgeable and personable, answering any questions or concerns I had.

The associate was extremely helpful and kind! It was a quick visit since I just needed scans for a retainer, BUT everything I visit, I'm reminded of why I keep recommending SmileDirect Club to anyone that will listen lol!
